I had been studying Japanese at a Japanese language school in Saitama Prefecture to get a job in Japan. I decided to join HI-TEC Inc. because Captain Phuong and Captain Linh, my seniors and friends in Vietnam, had told me about job opportunities at HI-TEC Inc. I was interested in this company and thought I would have nothing to worry about since I had friends there. Working in the field as a drilling engineer at HI-TEC Inc. would be a good fit for me more than office work.
our mission
When I joined the company, I worked as an assistant drilling engineer for about two years before becoming an operator drilling engineer. We mainly conduct borehole surveys in mountainous areas. This job can be challenging, especially when setting up machinery and other equipment, but I am always thinking about how to extract the core sample rather than the labor work.
our rewarding
Work may not always be enjoyable, but working at HI-TEC Inc., there is more profound satisfaction. In particular, as a captain drilling engineer, I feel thrilled when I can obtain good-quality borehole core samples. On the other hand, when I got into trouble, I often discussed with my seniors and got insight from them. This part of the job is gratifying. In addition, I have an environment where I can grow as an engineer, and I have seniors who can act as mentors for me in society.

Drilling is not a job where you can become an expert after a few years of work, but you can become a professional after gaining much experience. Once you learn the position, it is a long-lasting job that will allow you to work in the field even as you get older.Even if the work is difficult, you will feel great accomplishment after completing it.
