I became interested in drilling work after hearing about Captain Nguyen Van Phong and Nguyen Van Linh, who first joined HI-TEC Inc.
I have been working in the electronics industry in Vietnam. I was very anxious at first when I decided to work in Japan. I finally started working at HI-TEC Inc., which is related to borehole investigations.
our mission
Since I joined the company, I have been working on jobs related to borehole investigations.
Most of my work is in the outdoors, drilling in mountainous areas.
I worked as an assistant drilling engineer for the first three years, starting in 2019. After that, I started operating drilling machines and collecting core samples as a captain drilling engineer.
I am also involved in the company's research and development projects related to drilling.

Drilling is difficult because there is a lot of need to consider. But I always continue learning every day.
I feel happy when the drilling core samples are obtained well.
Initially, I needed help to learn about work and the Japanese language simultaneously.
However, I have five seniors from Vietnam who can teach me about work while learning Japanese.
There are many challenges, but I find them interesting.

There are many Vietnamese and Japanese people working at HI-TEC Inc. As a Vietnamese, I can easily communicate with them.
When I have questions about drilling, I can quickly consult with senior colleagues.
They have a lot of experience, so it's a great learning experience.
People don't know about drilling surveys, but you don't need them because the seniors will guide you even if you have no experience.
