NGO XUAN LOC
operator/joined in 2019
After graduating from university in Vietnam, I attended a Japanese language school for half a year before coming to Japan.
While attending Japanese language school in Japan for one year, I was introduced to HI-TEC Inc. through a Vietnam employment agency.
I had never experienced drilling survey work, but three senior Vietnamese employees at the company explained it to me. Then, I decided to join the company because it was a job I could do.
our mission
I'm currently conducting geological surveys as a captain drilling engineer at HI-TEC Inc.
I worked as an assistant drilling engineer for two years after joining the company. In my third year, I started to work as an operator drilling engineer. I operated a boring machine, collected good-quality core samples, and was promoted to captain drilling engineer.
I learned a lot from the Japanese and Vietnamese operators during my work.
I also performed in-situ permeability tests, borehole horizontal loading tests (elastography), and borehole scanner.
our rewarding
When I first joined the company, I had difficulties because I didn't understand anything.
So, I listened carefully and studied well. When I conducted my first borehole investigation as an operator drilling engineer, I was apprehensive about whether I could obtain the core samples. After consulting with my seniors, I collected the good-quality core samples and was very happy.
There are many things to consider while collecting core samples for drilling. Still, it is incredibly satisfying to obtain the core samples even in difficult things to drill, like sand and gravel.
During work, I like thinking about new methods for accomplishing goals.
I also interact with people from other companies on-site, which helps me improve my skills.
It is gratifying because my work is essential for constructing dams, bridges, buildings, etc.
