Nice to meet you! My name is Randa, and I am from Indonesia. I graduated from the Graduate School of Engineering, Gifu University, and joined this company in April 2023. My expertise lies in earth science. I joined HI-TEC Inc. because I want to contribute to the geological and hydrological survey field. I chose HI-TEC Inc. because this company related to geological surveys, and I wanted to use my knowledge of earth science that I had studied at university. In addition, HI-TEC Inc. has experience with many overseas projects that were attractive to me as a foreigner.
our mission
I belong to the Corporate Planning, Research and Development Department. I am engaged in business promotion, environmental conservation, and overseas business work. I gained knowledge of business in addition to geology engineering as my primary skill. I was also involved in a JICA project in Indonesia that gave me the opportunity to practice engineering work as an engineer and contribute to my home country.
our rewarding
I feel fulfilled when I obtain core samples from borehole investigations and can evaluate the underground condition based on the properties of the cores (geological composition, hardness, degree of weathering, state of fractures, etc.). The fact that I can utilize my geology knowledge to support the development of renewable energies, disaster prevention, and infrastructure projects like dams and tunnels makes me feel invaluable.

If you are a person who values teamwork, has a spirit of challenge, and is interested in working in the office and the field, then come and join HI-TEC Inc. There will be many things you don't understand at first, but we can grow together! We have a research seminar every two months to gain our knowledge. We come from diverse countries, not only from Japan but also from Vietnam, China, and Indonesia. I think this is an environment where we can learn about the culture of each country, respect each other's values, and work together.
